I had bought our model last March and noticed for months that it smelled funny every time I used it. Finally after about 4 months it began smoking and I turned it off. I contacted customer support and they jumped right on replacing the motor unit and were very understanding and helpful. I now have a motor unit that does not smell when in use. I had taken it apart and apparently in construction, a wire was nicked and shorting out over the + wire. Great product, works well and again wonderful customer support...thanks.

I received this machine 6 weeks ago and use it almost everyday. I get fresh fruits and vegetables blended into a smooth, tasty drink. I'm surprised at the effect it's having, I have lots more energy! I've used blenders for years, but this is a whole other experience. It liquifies whatever goes into the container and is very easy to clean.

Have heard so much about it that I had to get one. Love it. Compact, powerful enough to make smoothies out of frozen fruit. Not a heavy duty workhorse but great for everyday! Love the different sized cups and pour spout tops for out-the-door quick smoothies.
