Recently bought this item. Didn't take long before one of the tabs on the large container broke off which makes it impossible to use. The tabs appear to accuate the the motor. I am very dissappointed with my purchase

After having received insufficient informaton in the user manual on operating my new nutribullet and inaccurate information from customer support, I figured it out myself by turning it to the right instead of the left (as I had been told). I also learned that I had to press down hard enough for the motor to be fully running before I would be easily able to turn it to the right. I am totally impressed by the speed and quality of its operation and the lack of food particles in my smoothies. I'm disappointed that your so-called "oversized" less than 32 oz cup for the 900 model is not larger, as I'm not able to fit as many ingredients as I used to in my 48+ oz Blender. I know I could get a larger cup in your 1500 model but I can't afford it and don't need the soup feature. I live alone and also have no use for all the exra cups, covers and blade, the cost of which undoubtedly were factored into the price I paid. Don't get me wrong, I just wanted to vent my few discontents. I am thrilled with my purchase and really enjoying using it and consuming my delicious and healthy creations. I'm also OK with the smaller quantity.

Bought this 3 weeks ago and have been making a kale- spinach- frozen fruit - protein powder- unsweetened almond milk drink every morning. Yum, yum, yum !!! I look forward to it each day.....skin looks better, my hair is shinier and overall I feel great!! I've had a juicer before that I got rid of because of the difficulty in washing it and getting it really clean. The Nutribullet is a breeze to clean!
