It does exactly what it says, I've gained 12 lbs in two weeks and that's unfortunate but I use it everyday and the blasts are good, but I have to figure out how to balance the blasts more efficiently with my diet.

I have been using the NutriBullet PRO for about 1 month. One of the most amazing things I have experienced is the benefit of adding spinach to my daily diet. I had not been able to donate blood for about a year due to anemia. After just 3 weeks of using the NutriBullet, my hematocrit was high enough to donate blood! I'm not sure if the spinach is what made the difference but it was the only thing I had done differently. No matter what, I'm sold!! Simply amazing!!

I love my Vitamix and use it quite a bit. When visiting a friend, I had to use her NutriBullet and fell in love with it immediately. It has power, is small, easy to wash and easy to tote around with me when I travel....much easier than my Vitamix (which I still love, btw).

I bought this to replace my original NurtiBullet that was starting to show normal wear and tear after a year of daily use. I immediately noticed that the Pro was much more powerful. The problem however is that every time I use it there is a very strong odor that smells like burning plastic. I assumed this would go away after a few days but after six weeks it remains. I didn't have this issue with the original Nutribullet. As far as I can tell it doesn't hinder performance but it makes preparing my morning smoothie an unpleasant experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
