This is second one we've had. The first one blades slipped but we were able to exchange it at BB&B with no questions asked. We did call the customer service line first and tried what they said but the new one works wonderful.

I purchased 2 NutriBullets Pro900 Series. At first the seemed to work great, then after a few months they stopped working. I tried everything but could not get them to work. I then called the company to have them trouble shoot the units and to no avail they couldn't be fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This thing makes it all! Smoothies - okay it's built for this. Now - it grainds pepper and this smells sooo good! Grainds nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds. You produce flour for brads. I love this piece!!!

I love my Nutribullet.... I have been using it for a year now. The motor burned up (probably because I use it multiple times a day) and they replaced my unit under the warranty. I was very happy with the ease of getting the replacement however, it took 3 weeks to get it and I ended up buying another one because I have become so used to using it and couldn't go without it for 3 weeks so now I have 2. Otherwise, no complaints.
