MOTOR DIED AFTER 4TH MONTH

This was a gift. I really liked the speed and ease of this product until the motor died. I am currently working with customer service in hopes of getting a replacement.

I received this as a gift from my son at Chistmas. I love it and don't know how I got along without one. Fast to prepare all kinds of shakes no matter what type of diet you are on. I use every day, and I look and feel great!

Stop working after a one year!!!

Great Machine!

I have been using this machine for about 4 months and it has been working great. You just have be careful not to over fill the jar. If you over fill the jar too often you will burn out your motor, as you can hear the motor straining when there isn't enough air space at the top of the jar. The owner's manual also clearly specifies not to over fill the jars. Which brings me to my final point. The only reason why I did not give the machine 5 starts is that it did not come with the larger jar, which I had to order separately, in a kit that came with another spare regular size jar with handle, a lid and another blade assembly.

There is nothing that I don't like about my Nutribullet Pro. I'm eating more fruits and vegetables than I ever have before. It's my perfect friend.
