I received the NutriBullet PRO as a gift for Christmas. It really chops and blasts the fruit, nuts greens and seeds to a drinkable mixture. If I need to blast the fruit for more than one minute I do have to wait a minute before turning it on again which is bothersome. What I have experienced when blasting for the 2nd minute is a motor smell and my mixture warms up. I have added a couple of ice cubes to my drink to cool it down as I prefer a cold drink over a warm drink. Other than that, I really do like my NutriBullet PRO. The drinks are delicious and nutritious.

I haven't had it long. It worked great at first. Now it leaks. No matter what I do to tighten the blade on, it doesn't tighten. It is also impossible to get on the base to operate. I have always washed it by hand immediately after use. I don't know what could be causing this problem.

l find it difficult to push and turn the cup into the base to start it. Also, I have to be very careful not to even fill the cup up to the fill line or else it overflows.
