Purchased this in December 2014 and noticed a difference in 3 days!! Great recipes are available and they are all tasty!! So easy to use and clean. There are no complaints. Oh, just do not fill pass the Max Line!

We bought this to help us make changes in our lifestyle. These smoothies are delicious, and very filling, I don't feel hungry or want to snack as often as before. This is an easy way to get a lot of good stuff we need in a much easier way! I bought this after seeing a live demo on it in a store. I wanted something that I could put fruits and veggies in and be able to drink in liquid form. I am addicted! I have a drink almost every morning and throw in my protein powder, soaked chia seeds and whatever greens And fruit I have purchased. I have been using Swiss chard and beet greens also. I have not tried any recipes in the book, just make up my own with what I have and it blends it together in less than a minute. Also used it to make oat flour. Love all the different sizes of cups too.
