I bought it two months ago and still works great,i have crohn's disease and have had it for 40 years and it helps alot because i cannot eat much solid food and with the nutribullet i get the nutrients that i wouldn't get from foods and fruits otherwise,my girlfriend tried it once and uses it as much as i do.

i have recommended the NutriBullet to a friend with one suggestion. I told her to keep the Activators clean (they are the white plastic things on the rim of the unit that serve as the off/on switches). My jar leaked because I failed to tighten it enough onto the base and it got into the activators making them tight or sluggish to the point that the unit wouldn't turn on. I unplugged the base and tested the activators by pressing them down with a spoon. There was a lot of resistance. I was told to lay the unit on its side, dip a toothbrush into a bowl of warm soapy water and scrub all three activators. . Keep doing this until the activators depress easily. This solved my
problem.

A great appliance that is small but so powerful. Clean-up is a breeze! I have had only 2 issues. The max fill line is difficult to locate when you have the container filled. The last is that pressing down on the container to blend isn't always easy. I have had several occasions when I wondered if I would ever get it to work. When it does start, I have no idea what I did differently to get it to work. :(

After researching, decided on the NutriBullet Pro & am soooooo glad i did. We have a great juicer - however the process is wasteful, time consuming & I became the one in charge of its use.
