I purchased the the newer model after putting my first model through its trials and tribulations. I use it daily and I'm thoroughly satisfied, the only thing I would change would be the ability to clean the lower portion. I overfilled a cup and it loosened and spilled into the lower blender portion. It would have been a quick fix to take apart and clean however I just continued using it till it gave out, about six months. Fantastic product!!

I've had my NutriBullet a short time & I am very glad I purchased it. It is extremely easy to use and clean. I had a juicer back in the day but there was always a lot of leftover pulp. I am very glad that is not the case with this product, skins and stem are emulsified. I'm currently stuck on the grape, spinach & green tea drink. A few sips throughout the day & my body is satisfied, no cravings for junk food or sodas. Yea, Nutribullet!

I really like the new nutribullet. Love the wrench that makes it so much easier to put the bottom on. Also love the fact that I don't have to push down on it to start I just set it on the machine and it starts.

Thrilled with my new Pro, as I had been using a very old blender to make smoothies. The biggest problem with the old one was how loud it was, and that you had to take it all apart to properly clean it. The Pro is easy to use and I drink the smoothies right out of the blender container so there is no need to pour the smoothie into another glass and then wash both. It easily blends the items I put in my drink (protein powder, water, fresh or frozen fruits/veggies), and I like the consistency of the end product. It fits just fine on my counter and actually takes us less space than my old blender.
The only thing that is a bit of a challenge is letting the blade assembly air dry because no matter which side you put it on the other side will hold water in grooves and stay wet. You either need to flip it after a while, hand dry it one side, or only get the blade side wet when cleaning and then air dry it with that side down. A small detail really. One time I didn't have the blade assembly screwed on quite tight enough and it leaked a bit at the seal between the blade and the container, so I am more careful about that now. Overall, I love this appliance and wish that I had purchased it much sooner.

I use my Nutribullet almost daily - and will continue to do so. I love everything about it except that my gaskets keep coming loose while mixing - and if I don't notice immediately, the powerful motor starts to chew them up. I'm hoping to receive replacement gaskets.
