I bought this a few months ago like to make protein shakes.
my only problem is every time I use it mine leaks. is it suppose to have a rubber seal?
mine does not. I make sure it is tight and aligned with the rim.
please advise.

This is the second NutriBullet that I have owned. I have owned it since March 2014 and use it at least once a day. It is a big step up from the original. I would recommend it to anyone that likes smoothies.

We have bought three NutriBullet 900 machines in the past year. We use them in two different places of residence every day, The first machine leaks even when the liquid is below the max level., consequently the stop and start function began to stick. NutriBullet sent us two replacement blade parts and after considerable cleaning of the base, it now works a little better but still takes quite a bit of pressure to start, and some manual moving upwards to stop. The second machine we gave to a friend and it seems to be working fine. The third machine (9 months after the first purchase) works by far the best and the way I would prefer and expect the first one to work, smooth functioning, no leaking, easy to stop and start. Overall, we are satisfied with the smoothies we are able to make.

After tow uses one of the small clips on the rim of the large cup broke off rendering it useless. I purchased it for the extra power and larger cup. Now I am back to using my smaller cup. Not too happy.

I have been using the Nutribullet for four months and I love it! I use it every day,usually replacing lunch, or as an afternoon drink after my gym workout. I can feel the difference in my energy level, and my clothes fit better. I have finally been able to lose the few pounds that wouldn't' go away after a vacation.
I never thought a shake loaded with vegetables such as spinach, kale cauliflower and fruit could be so delicious. A tip is to always include banana to sweeten the taste.
