I like it better than a blender because the cups make portion sizes easier. Also I like the ease of being able to drink right from the cup you blended in. The cups and blade are all easy to clean when you do as directed. I have always liked making smoothies for breakfast or lunch, but now its so easy to do, that it's part of my daily routine. Its a great way to sneak in superfoods as well.

I loved the idea and the convenience BUT it needs better engineering! It is hard for a woman to get the base screw eon tight enough AND if she does, it it impossible to unscrew - so I have already ruined the base by a leak - too bad it is not a SEALED base like better machines. I would love it with improved engineering.
