We bought the Nutribullet about two months ago and it has changed my family's life. The first machine I bought didn't operate smoothly I contacted customer service and they replaced it. The first mashing ran rough and finally it locked up and I couldn't separate the container from the base. The replacement machine is running smoothly. It's a great product and the customer service is great.

I purchased my NutriBullet in August and in November the motor was burnt out. I barely used it in 3 months. So I had it replaced and I hope I have better success with this new one.

I wore out the original NutriBullet and loved and used it alot. The PRO is even better since it breaks down the fruits and vegetables for a nice juice smoothy. I gave this a 4 rating only because it doesn't completely emulcify it into all liquid but still does a pretty good job and much better than the original Bullet. Love it just the same.
