I bought the nutri bullet about 5 months ago and it was good until now because im trying to using it like every day but stopped every 2 seconds and I can't finish to do the mixture and I don't know if you guys have a number where I can call for a customer service . Thank you

WORKS WELL BUT A FEW SECONDS AFTER TURNING IT ON ,IT SMELLS LIKE BURNING RUBBER. ITS NOT ARTHRITIS FRIENDLY.VERY DIFFICULT TO UNSCREW THE BOTTOM.GASKETS ARE POOR.

I have had mine now for 4 months, I enjoy using it. It has become a way of life, and a I can see some of the benefits. I make all my own recipes, just by following the basic ideas.If you don't like the taste, just add something else. I had a couple of leaks in the beginning, that was do to my misuse. Don't over fill it and tighten the blades all the way. Simple fix. There are a couple of things it doesn't completely break down all the way, and milled fax seed sticks to the sides of the jar. I would recommend the PRO, for the little more money I spent the bigger motor, I think will do a better job mixing.

I am happy I purchased the product and I use it everyday. I am concerned that it is strudy enough as I have had to work on the base unit. the pieces that allow the bullet to lock into place get jammed and I use a tiny amount of lubricant so that they move more freely.

I love my Nutribullet. The only thing I take issue with is that when I put only water in the cup, it leaks all over the place. I can't even use it for a water cup.
