I bought this several months ago and love whipping up healthy breakfasts and snacks! It's very quick and easy to use and doesn't take up much space. On occasion, some of the drink seeps through the bottom of the blade assembly into the motor base, but I have been able to clean it easily without any problems. Love its simplicity!

I think the NutriBullet is built well, use it every day to make smoothies, chops the ice really good, has a lot of power. Also use it to make almond meal and grind flax seed.

I received my NutriBullet as a gift 5 months ago. After using it almost everyday it does not work. It appears the motor has burn out. I recommended this product to many people, and now I am very disappointed. Please let me know how I can return this unit?

I've been using it regularly since I bought it, and I really love how easy it is to use. My only issue is how to clean it. I've either not tightened the bottom enough or over filled it more than a few times, and I don't know how to safely clean it. It would be helpful if they included better instructions.

Got this as a gift from my MIL. Love it! It does a great job blending up some great healthy green smoothies...even when I add a ton of spinach or kale, ice cubes, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. My only issue is that some of the tabs on the cups broke off so I have to find just the right way to put the cup on the blender so they will activate the blade.

I love this product and have had it for close to a year. Unfortunately, within the last couple of weeks, a problem has arisen in that the "tabs" that push down to activate the Bullet are "stuck" and won't push down. We've worked with it and have thus far managed to "unstick" them, but it's annoying, unexpected, and not sure how long this will continue to work. I would have rated it a 4 or 5 star except for this issue.
