I have used this product faithfully for six months and at my last doctors visit I had lost 17lbs. prior to the NutriBullet Pro, I did have a plan for losing weight. The suggestions to use raw nuts as well as fruit, greens and seeds make for very tasty smoothies that are filling. Also eating more baked or broiled fish, lean meat and raw

bought because needed a new one like the product a lot , I train for extreme athletic events and use daily , in make protein shakes with an assortment of fruits and veggies . the only issue is the putting the blade cap on it cross threds very easy then tough to get it off also leaks when that happens
