I bought the Nutri Bullet magic Bullet in the middle of August 2014. I have use this appliance for fruit smoothies every day. The only problem I have encountered is making a to big smoothie and the fluid leaks out at the seal.

First one stopped working after 3 weeks, was replaced free of charge as was under 30 day warranty for free shipping. Replacement stopped working after 2 months. The turn on/off feature is NO GOOD! Better off there was a switch for turning on/off.
Didn't bother with a replacement or refund as I don't believe the company would have done much. Sorry, I bought, but if switch was changed I would purchase as it WORKS REALLY-REALLY WELL WHEN IT WORKS.

I tried several things following their recipes in the books and nothing came out as a smoothie, instead my drinks came out chunky..The only thing I will probably end up using this for is maybe grinding ice..This was not worth what I paid for at all.Very disappointed.

Had the Nutribullet for about 3mos. and it just suddenly stopped working. Took it back and upgraded to the NutriBullet Pro 900. Have had it for 5mos. but it's having issues now. Doesn't want to start up sometimes and I have to rotate it into different slots and eventually it starts. I do believe it's helping me stay healthier though, seeing I have no spleen and catch colds and viruses easy. I've only had 1 health issue in the past 6mos. I contribute this to the Pro 900 and the foods I now digest.

I love the power on this 900w unit which I replace my Magic Bullet with. I would recommend the notches on the containers be a bit more sturdy and with a reinforced design. Mine have broken so thank goodness for the extra containers. Also, the top has a tendency to come loose while working, the contents spill down into the unit, and when it dries, makes it hard to work the unit. I had to spray WD40 to clean and get working again. Overall I like the unit a lot.
