Bought the nutribullet and it worked great for about three months , now it makes a grinding noise and starts to smell if I let the motor run more than 15-20 seconds.

Although it does a fine job with fruits and vegetables, I am frightened of using ice in my smoothies. I understand that the machine should be able to handle ice, but have heard that the blades can be damaged and leave metal fragments in the smoothie. I was disappointed to find that your company has no plans to rectify this situation.
