I purchased this in late August 2014 and began using it for my daily lunch immediately. It has been able to handle anything that I have put into it, pulverizing raw carrots with nary a problem, not even a change in the motor sound. I am already recommending it to many people. (I bought this because our daughter has a 350w Cuisinart smoothie maker, and it labors a bit. Mine breezes through anything.

I wore out the original Nutri-Bullet in a year. Upgraded to this one. Love the speed. But the Step ring gasket keeps coming out. Ended up slicing one. (same with the original model). Customer Service was great and shipped out two new blade cups with shipping charge. I only wanted the gaskets, but they are not sold separately. I was told the gaskets are designed NOT to come out, but guess what, they do. And so do the ones that they replaced. But no worries, still working great. I love Nutri-Bullet, and will always use it. But you just have to be careful and make sure the gasket is in place and you put it on straight to prevent cutting, and to prevent sticky leaks.

I was very excited about my purchase of nutri pro however after barely using 2 months the seals on both blades came off now liquid splashes everywhere when i use it !!! :( EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I bought the NutriBullet a little over three months ago. So far I am down almost twenty pounds and use it every day. It took about a week to get use too but I am hooked. I find it easier to use frozen fruit for variety and price. That way you do not need ice.

this is my third...I love the bullet.I have the 1200 and the small.
the only draw back is the plastic gear that the blades sit on is a very poor design they should be made out of metal instead of plastic. I know not to remove the container before the blade stops but it still weakens and breaks over time..I've talked to several people over the years and far to many have experienced the issue. I would recommend bullet to anyone with the understanding that it's not long lived over a good period of time if it used consistently.

I purchased the NitrBullet Pro so I could make healty juices and smoothies for my husband and I. I love the recipe books that came with the unit.
