Have mostly wonderful experiences with ability to chop and mix fresh fruits and berries. Have had problem with applying enough pressure down on cylinder to get it to go on. Also have had leakage and hard to clean.

Have had my PRO for 6 months. Does a great job. Only problem? The screw on items, lids, blades, etc, do not stay tight if you are making a frozen smoothie. Apparently, after a few seconds, the cold shrinks the cup, loosening the threads and creating a huge mess on the motor, and spills if you tip the covered cup over.

Very good machine, feels like is gonna fly all the time :). I'll recomend to follow the instructions, base (extractor blade) doesn't last forever and you will have to buy them again (anything worn out anyway) also be carefull with the plastic tabs from cups. The blender is solid and powerful as new (after almost a year using it 2-3 times every day)
