I have been using this since May of 2014 on a daily basis.... It has worked very well until recently. The activators (3 plastic pieces that engage to make it run) tend to gum up. I have used the soap and water treatment they suggested - though it is not back to normal. As much as I love this product, I will be asking for a new one if I am unable to bring it back to a NORMAL working condition.....

Did everything I wanted it to do. Made green drinks like a charm. It only lasted about three months and then wouldn't turn on again. It may have just been the one I got but it is to expensive to keep trying.

I've owned my nutrabullet for about six months, and not only does it work great for making great nutrition drinks. I also use it,being from "New Mexico " for making of course, Red Chile. The bullet liquefied Chile pods into smooth and creamy red Chile. I will continue to experiment , and make other foods. But, for now thank you for this great product.
