The motor always smelled like it was burning. The thing eventually broke. Waiting on customer srrvice.

Got this as a gift for Christmas - I now use it everyday! I love my smoothies with spinach/kale, banana, frozen berries, chia seeds, and almond milk. I've even made great homemade guacamole! Really easy to clean, especially if you rinse everything immediately - don't even need to scrub!
I would recommend this to a friend!

this was bought for me as a Christmas gift, I used it a total of {3} times and it stopped working!! so disappointed. I Looked forward to getting more smoothies and veggie drinks now I get nothing ; it's back to the power blender

Purchased the PRO and it works wonderfully. It's easy to clean after the shake is prepared. Downsize it should come with a cover lid.

Keeps Sticking!

I am very disappointed in this product. Overall when it works it’s great but the problem is the white buttons on the inside keeps sticking which will not allow me to push the cup down in order for it to blend. I have to push as hard as I can with a spoon every time to get the buttons to loosen up and it’s beyond annoying! If I knew then what I know now I would have never purchased this product. This happen day two of me having it!

I received this product for Christmas for my mother. I had been juicing in the past and it is time consuming and messy. I had heard that nutribullet was the way to go to keep all the nutrients of the food. I have been quite pleased with the results of my smoothies! I did notice that you need to process for 30 seconds for sure when you have collared greens or something tough . It has been a wonderful addition to my kitchen!
