I love it in every regard except that I really need to push down hard before twisting to it on. It shouldn't be this difficult. Perhaps is just a problem with mine. If customer support reads this, please reply.

I have had two Nutribullets for close to 6 months now and use them everyday. My only complaint is the seals. Sometimes they go on far tighter than I put them on and cannot get them off! I have to wait for my husband to get home. Other times they will not seal no matter what I do and make a leaky mess in my unit(I do no overfill them). I keep them very clean and seals are in great shape. Since the issue is occasional(maybe2-3 times per month), I put up with it but I wish it were not a factor.

This is my second one. I used the first so much that I wore it out. My kids use it too. Smoothies, dressings, soups, I get all the veggies, pulp, juice etc and it is smooth enough to drink. Replaces my blender and my food processor--most of the time.

So funny I should receive this review request when yesterday I just sent an email regarding my nutribullrt Pro. I purchased this product on 04/12/2014 and up until yesterday I would have given it 5 stars! Today it does not even get 1 star as it no longer works. Can not press down and twist to engage the blades. Very disappointed ! Yesterday I shot an email and I am waiting to hear from customer service. Let's hope they resolve this issue and I can get back to my morning smoothies. A produce should last more than 7 mos when used once a day for 5 out of seven days a week.
