I bought this over a month ago. It was about ONE week when i realized i didnt have my normal anxiety or stress level i was so used to. I literally felt like a new woman!! This has made me feel better and stronger mentally than i have felt in years! Just amazing! If this is how i feel emotionally i can only imagine what its doing for me physically. :)

Actually, I bought it for my husband who was so over weight. He started middle of April....just breakfast and lunch. He ate regular meal for dinner. He cut off most of carbs like bread, pasta, sweets.... He's lost over 60lb in November!

I bought this perhaps a year ago and I used it everyday. The only problem for me was holding down to make it work because my kitchen counters are high and I am short. At the end I could not bother using it. But it is great for your everyday healthy juices.
