I bought the NutriBullet 900 a year ago and use it nearly EVERY day! It leaves no gritty texture and if used as the directions indicate, works wonderfully. I had a couple issues when it wouldn't start. I called Customer Service (I had registered my warranty and sent in a copy of my receipt) and they told me how to remedy the issue or sent me a replacement part immediately. I did NOT have a problem getting through to Customer Service and they were VERY helpful. I have to say, I was totally impressed with Customer Service and surprised, after reading so many negative things about them. I have a large family and there at least eight of us who use the NutriBullet and LOVE it. Extremely easy to use and clean. I am hard to please and I can't say enough about this product. There is nothing I don't like about it.

Have had mine for four now and, when I am done mixing and try to release the unit, it will not shut off.. I have to unplug it to turn it off.. Otherwise, I love it!

I upgraded to the 900 watts NurtriBullet Pro and I love it. The extra watts does make a big difference. I use it all the time. I have breast cancer and now my good nutrition matters more than ever. I even bought a second one as a back up because I never want to be without one.
