I bought this over a month ago. I was having trouble with bruising. Needless to say, having greens once or twice a day has taken care of that. I enjoy mine I add a protein powder and almond milk or OJ along with the water. I wish all containers were marked with a fill line. Liquid will spray out if you over fill.

It's been several months. My daughter and I use the bullet ever day. I do a banana, apple, strawberry, brewers yeast with yogurt and apple juice shake and she uses the likes of kale, chard, apple, etc. with almond milk. Both of us are energized til lunch.
