I purchased the Rx model on HSN it broke within a week and because you didn't offer extra blades and that one I ended up returning it for a refund I didn't care for that machine and went back to my 900 which I love

a small spill of smoothie on the contact points that get pressed down to start bullet became inoperable, even thoug I tried to clean the points with wettened cloth.

The NutriBullet is quick and easy vs a juicer. I bought a juicer a few years ago. It was a very messy clean up. Not so with the NutriBullet. Very little clean up and it pulverizes the contents very well. Love, love, love my NutriBullet. I have recommended this product to many people.
