The unit itself is great. It really does the job. We use it multiple times a day
We had a tab break off one of the jars, and the cap on the lid also broke. Both occurred under normal use after about 4 months. Tried to get replacements, buy the shipping costs were too high.

I love my NutriBullet PRO, but I've noticed lately that sometimes when I take it off the blade, some of the liquid from my smoothie has leaked through the bottom. I don't know why this happens, but hope it's not a defect.

I have had this for over a year and it is still working. Unfortunately, I only find it just ok and nothing special. It does not always do as good of job making smoothies or juice and leaves large chunks unprocessed.

I would have given the NutriBullet 5 stars, however the seal on the blade attachment has never stayed in place from the first time I used it. Other than that, it's great.

When it works it is a very powerful blender for smoothies etc. However I have replaced mine twice and the current one works sporadically and only when I hold the cup down on the mixer by hand as it no longer locks in place.
