I really liked this blender to start but then after my rubber gasket got caught on the blade and broke, I took a closer look at the blade piece and there was plastic(?!) shards coming out of the center. Also a ring of almost like, a rubbery glue like substance around it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have the 600 watt & 900 watt Nutribullet and the 900 is so superior, makes great smoothies, also prefer this product to a juicer as there's no waste.

This was given to me for my birthday; it worked great for about a month and then it stopped. I called Customer Service and was given some instructions that did not work. So, I called back and explained again what had occurred. I was instructed to cut the electrical cord and toss the base as they would be sending me a replacement.
They did and it works fine. Really enjoy using it. My Doctor also recommends these types of foods.

I bought my first Nutribullet Pro in Jan/2014- but had to replace it in March/2014 as it just stopped working and began leaking- Since my 2nd purchase it's worked like a charm, with one exception- I seem to be having an issue with the rubber rings in the blade assembly coming undone and the blender is now leaking again- a little frustrating but it is still my best friend- The only other suggestion I'd make is I wish a 2nd LARGE cup was included in the initial package as well as replacement rings!
