Received the NutriBullet as a Christmas gift last year. My first tip-off should have been THERE IS NO ON/OFF SWITCH! You need to turn the container to operate it. That was difficult most times and after months of turning the container, the machine stopped working altogether. I called Customer Service but without a Gift Receipt I was out of luck. (LIKE THEY WOULDN'T RECOGNIZE THEIR OWN SHODDY PRODUCT). I threw it out and am now looking for a quality product to replace it. Don't waste your money!!!!!

Bought this unit when they first came out and have used it consistently since. It has performed as advertised and I have nothing but positive ratings. The unit has not shown any signs of wear. I would and have recommended this unit to others.

HORRIBLE not user friendly

I received this as a gift as part of my healthy living program. I can't even get the blades and cups to engage because of weakness in my hands. Someone else had to take it apart ; it's going back to the store today. UNUSED.
