I miss my original one I had, it was just as powerful and a little smaller. I have trouble unscrewing the blade because I can’t wrap my hand around the wider container as well. Also the rubber gasket keeps popping out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Every time I use this it's a 20 minute nightmare to get the blender lid off the top so I can drink my smoothy. The fact that there isn't a way to grip the base and lid shows poor design and lack of attention to customer service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would never recommend a NutriBullet for anyone. The first time I had to return the product, the activators would not stop working. Now, the second time, the activators will not work at all. Find a better blender.

I have just purchased this machine having been assured I could blend nuts and dried fruits to make protein balls. After reading the manual and these reviews I think I have bought a smoothie maker which is not what will be my primary use.
I do not add liquid during first blending process .....and then it may be honey ....
Should I package this up and return it?

I bought the Pink NutriBullet Pro EXCLUSIVE. On the picture it showed that you will be getting black lids for the cups but they send you gray ones. The main reason I bought them was for their colors.
