I received one as a Christmas present. A few weeks after using, the rubber casket somehow got wrapped up around the blade, destroying the seal. I exchanged it for a new one, and this one leaks. I really want to like this product 100%, but am having to wait on any recommendations. Hope this is a fluke and not the norm.

I bought this to help my son after dental surgery. To prevent leaks it has to be very tight and my hands are a bit weak. But i powered thru to make smoothies every morning for my kids with fresh fruit. It is powerful enough but frustrating for me. Leaking is a problem. Then, within a month, the rubber seal came loose and wrapped itself around the blade. Now not usable without the purchase of a new blade. Wont be doing that anytime soon. It is also very loud.

I purchased my current (2nd) NutriBullet approx. 2 months ago. Although I was pleased with my first NutriBullet, I am less than pleased with my second purchase. After 2 months it still smells hot after each use and the rubber seal near the blade comes off after each use. I do not overfill and I operate according to instructions. I paid a competitive price for this purchase so I will keep it. However, I will look at other options after I wear this one out (looks like it could be sooner than I expected). Not sure I would recommend this product to a friend but I will mark yes based on my experience with the first NutriBullet.

NutriBullet PRO is nice and makes good smoothies but for only 2 at a time. Cons:My family came over and I tried making 4 smoothies back to back and the NutriBullet died. I let it reset for a few hours and then it work. So I wouldn’t recommend it if you need to make multiple smoothies. It does not blend raw ginger as well as I would like. I would also like to clean the dock as it smells bad but it does not allow you to –I use a wipe and put it upside down. Pros:NutriBullet PRO does clean well at least the containers. It does not work as a food processor which is a bummer but I knew that when I bought it. It looks nice on the kitchen counter.

A blender does not only a better job, but can process more.

Have had several now. Replacing the blade will be common.Getting a new one because they start to smell like they are burning will happen. For the money, not super impressed. I only do one smoothie per day, I would expect them to last for years.

Love this machine! Love the color as well. Great for smoothies and anything else that is advertised. If you are wanting steaming hot soups, then you need to purchase the model above this one. Not disappointed in my purchase.
