i purchased this bullet a year ago and it has been leaking since the begining. Im afraid to use it because of the problem. I might be doing something wrong, but i see other people having the same problems. I need to replace it.!!!!

I have done all the paper work needed to process a claim.. My nutribulket came damage and all the liquid spill out of the blades supoort.. The inside of the machine is full of juice.. How can i get a replacement part so I can use it again..

Amazing product

I bought this product because I love juicing. I had originally purchased a cheap traditional juicer and I found it not the easiest to use, not the easiest to clean and I hated the fact that you had appeal everything before you juiced it and when juicing greens you need a large quantity to get any juice. The Neutra bullet is amazing. I was very skeptical at first but after my first time using it I became hooked. It is so easy to use I have time in the morning to make a juice and take it with me to work. No cleanup whatsoever. I usually make a kale orange pineapple and Apple juice which taste amazing. I cannot wait to try more combinations. When using kale you do end up with some pulp which I enjoy but you could strain and would eliminate that problem. If you're looking for a product easy to use easy to clean up then this is it.

Needs lots of liquid, no ice

I have never had a nutribullet before, but had a Vitamix for 20+ years. I thought by ordering the 900 watt, it would be more powerful, but I had to turn it off and shake up to have it blend up the spinach, or add a lot more milk or water. As I put in frozen fruit, I can't put in much or it clogs up. My son in law used it, and as they had a nutribullet before, he was satisified with it. I like the smoothy, alittle thicker, and colder. Unfortunately, I'll wait until this dies, and buy a vitamix again, or something with a lot bigger motor. Probably okay for the price and for those use to Nutribullets. Easy to clean.

Very easy to use. Fast and fully cut up all ingredients. I really like the large cup which is convenient for large pieces of fruit.
