Stopped Working

After only one week of use, my blender completely stopped working. I am so disappointed, looks like I'll be buying a Vitamix.

Really great blender! I like to rate items based on its functionality and ethical sourcing. It functions great, but I could not find much information on the Nutribullet website regarding whether their products are ethically sourced (ie. do laborers get paid well, what is the product's environmental impact, is recycled content used to make the product?) I would love to see Nutribullet move towards B-Corp certification.

Requires constant replacement of blade

I bought this in 2018 and I have had to buy 2 replacement blades, I think if I had known I would need to keep replacing the blades I would not have opted for this blender. Not happy with the noise level either.

Poor Quality

Unit works well for 3 months and problems occur. Smoke smell and blade unit no longer rotates. The first time, customer service replaced with a new blade unit. 3 months later, the same problem occurred.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

nutribullet won't sell the extractor base that screws to the plastic container. This is the part that fails most frequently.
