I had the original for years and loved it. When it finally wore out, I never went back to buy another one because I had my vitamix. Well, that finally died too and I came back to the nutribullet and I couldn't be happier. The colors and variations are a nice touch. Thank you for making such an amazing machine.

I like it because it chops ice fairly quiet for a mixer, but I only gave it 4 stores because twice I had to reinsert the rubber gasket to the chopping blade. I don't know if it is a defect or not. It would be nice to get another one

Cheap plastic rim

I bough this about 3 months ago and the rim already broke off. I am having to manually keep it pressed in order for it to work. I’ve always had nutri bullets and have purchased for others as gifts but I’m now worried it’s not built with the same quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loud , bulky , and awkward to use .

Thus in my personal opinion.Got this product for Christmas 2025 to replace my 20 year old magic bullet that was the best ever . Disappointed with my new replacement! Super loud , bulky , poor design .Not very user friendly hard to engage and disengage . Tired of clipping my finger tips removing lids on the 3 plastic nubs . And doesn't make the best frozen fruit smoothies leaves chunky .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've purchased numerous Nutribullet's in the past and the problem that I experience with the majority of the items is the run time and their ability to blend completely. I aways have to stop, wait & restart.

Owned 5, but no more!

Owned 5 Nutribullets over 11 years. They all eventually leaked and died. Whatever (I used it every day, so I expected as much).
Nonetheless, based on recent experience, I will never buy another one.
The last one that I bought died and was replaced in its entirety by Nutribullet. Nice. (I bought all of the others myself). However, after 1 month, the o-ring then fell out of the replacement and my dog then broke and tried to eat it after it fell to the floor. I called NB to get a replacement o-ring, but was told that o-rings are only sold in conjunction with the blending knives piece, and that I would have to pay for it! (it fell out after one month!). The CS people are very nice, but can only implement corporate policy.
I'm totally done with Nutribullet.

I've been making smoothies every morning for about 9 years. This is my third or 4th one. They are fantastic. The seal on this one is already starting to leak which is unusual. I use it to make soups, sauces and more as well. It is well used!
