I had a magic bullet, but still have chunk of banana or almond. I bought the nutri bullet to have more power. Its better, but still have little pieces....

I’m disappointed in it. It has great power but the three little tabs at the top stick and then it won’t mix. I clean the areas as advised but it’s still difficult to get it started.☹️

DO NOT BUY!!! This product has numerous issues: lack of power, leaking a weird brown liquid, toxic odors after use. And today a brand new problem: instead of blending, it was actually just unscrewing the base so when I picked up the cup my smoothie went everywhere (and yes, I made sure that everything was screwed on properly and tightly before I tried to use this. I bought this in July and have had nothing but problems ever since.
It's also not recommended to fully clean the blender after each use which seems disgusting to me. The rubber seal ring is removable, which means food can get underneath it. But it says in the manual it is not recommended that you remove it to clean.
Buy literally any other blender.

Have used my old Magic Bullet for 4 years. Works wonderful. Decided to buy this more powerful model. Cup leaks when blending...every time!! Looked at the gasket and it looks fine.. ... cup lip looks ok. Send me a new base and I’ll send this one back to you. Very hard to clean where cup has leaked in the unit.

After several uses, the bullet stopped working. Tried to register so could use the warranty, however the last step requires mailing (or faxing) proof of purchase. The company obviously doesnt want to make it easy to use the warranty.

I ordered my NBP a while back... I'm stationed in Afghanistan, so it took a number of weeks to arrive. Since receiving the unit, I use it every morning. Results are amazing and delicious. I really couldn't be happier with this product. BUT... when I use it, it gives off a strong, unpleasant smell of burning rubber. I do not run for more than a minute at a time (as recommended), but it still smells like the motor is burning up! It's quite troubling, and makes me wonder, just how long this thing is going to last. I guess we'll see. Plan on calling customer service and make an inquiry.

Blends well, but the plastic tabs on the blending cups get easily destroyed, I don’t know exactly how, but they wear down quickly and then break, and without them the blender doesn’t work. Frustrating, in my experience you get about 30 good blends and then tabs start breaking. I think it’s the violent jerking motion the blades have when you start, but they should make the tabs stronger.

I bought this about 3 months ago and at first I really did like it, but soon after the blender was starting get louder and louder until it stopped working.
