I have only one issue that is a problem. It is difficult to open and/or close for those of us who have gripping trouble - arthritis.

Do people really read these reviews? I purchased this to make shakes and blend ice for my healthy eating plan. It does a pretty good job. I like lots of ice to make very thick drinks. Sometimes it is so thick that when it blends it loosens the blade and starts to leak. That's annoying. And I find it difficult to push down and turn so it interesects with the rotor in the bottom. It does a great job in less than 30 seconds, if I'm aware of making the blade extra tight and cautious with my "push down turn action!"

I got my nutribullet for a graduation present to myself. I loved it, but then it malfunctioned and the juices went everywhere. I had to use a little water and ever since then, it's been a little less intense. Hoping it'll go back to normal (it's been 4 weeks), or I'll have to submit a warranty request.

Only had my nutri bullet about a month. I mix homemade kefir wirh frozen fruit. My vitamix worked great but makes more mess and isn't very portable. I got the nutribullet to take in our motorhome. Its perfect. And i find myself using the bullet instead of the vita mix
