You need to add nobs or grip material to outside of blade section and container section. The vacuum suction is so great after blending that it takes more strength than many people possess to unscrew the two pieces to consume the smoothie.

Gets hot with only a few seconds of use (fruits, liquid and leafy vegetables - no ice but frozen bananas).
Don't really get the smoothie consistency was expecting with the pro model, not much difference from regular nutri-bulet model.

I received the NutriBullet as a birthday present this year. The machine itself works great but I was disappointed that the system did not include any sort of lid that fit directly onto the cups for travel. My previous Magic Bullet came with a lid like this and it made it extremely easy to make a smoothie, throw the lid on and take it to go. I am now having to transfer the smoothie to another cup with a lid, and end up cleaning up a lot more than I would otherwise.
I would recommend this to a friend!
