I love the Passport. It's my third one. Th last one I had was ransomed and I lost all that data. I tried a different brand, and the Passport is the easiest to use. HOW DO I FINISH THIS? I SEEM STUCK.

Can't get my new Windows 10 Laptop to reccgnize

I can't figure out how to get it to install so it shows up as a drive. I can download the unlocker and it works, but will not take me to my drive, once unlocked...
