Did I Say Incredible?

We thought our Cable System was broken. We could never get the 150/10 we purchased. We had the techs out multiple times, no one could figure it out. The evening we got our Orbi up and running, my teenage daughter who "lives" on the Internet screamed! "Dad, I'm get 150mb download!" I still can't figure out why the difference but Orbi is incredible. Literally, apps that used to take seconds to load, just load as if they were local to the device. Everything from installing apps (you can't even see the "downloading") to loading Audible books is instant. What an incredible system! Thank you Netgear!

Sped boost and very easy to use and setup

I've been in tech for 10years and this is by far the best WiFi router I've ever owned. Two major points..
1st I saw an immediate boost in my WiFi speed from approx 65mps to 119mps. I had the cable company router and immediately after setup I was getting higher than the speed I pay for.
2. The setup for this router literally took 15 minutes and was the easiest I've ever seen. Download app, create logon, plug in router and satellites... and BOOM I'm online and good to go with coverage everywhere. Management app is very straightforward and easy. Recommending this to all of my friends!

Big Improvement

Moved into a new house and got a Netgear AC1900, it just didn't have enough range. So, I got the Orbi. Since installation, the places where I was getting only 50% signal and only 20% of my actual down load speeds. Now, in the worst part of my house I'm getting 100% signal and 95% of my download speeds. I have increased speed and range. The only downside was the installation. The app was fine and everything, but I had trouble with the satellite because the instructions don't state to plug in the satellite before setting up the router. If I would have known that, set-up would have been 15 minutes.

True plug n play

I purchased this router to replace a tri-band router I've had for nearly two years. But with everything in technology, it changes frequently so you need to keep up. I removed my old device and range extenders from my home and plugged in the two satellites and the router. Within minutes, everything was up, accessible and one of my laptops quickly doubled its speed while wirelessly connected to the network. I couldn't ask for anything better, including adding the port forwarding and other administrative functions of this router. Well worth every penny I spent on this one! Great Job NetGear! :-)

Awesome! Works spectacularly!

I git this item last Christmas because I was moving to a large 2300sq ft home and wanted to make sure I would have internet everywhere with no issues! This system works perfectly! I work from home and have the router downstairs in this three story home and put one of the 3 orbs next to my work computer and it shows like I am hard wired into the router! This has made working from home really easy! I also can go 300-400 feet outside into the garage and still have wi-if connection to my I-pad with no interruption! So if you need an awesome new router and satellites I would highly recommend the orbi!

Very pleased with WiFi coverage by myORBI AC2200 system. Consistent signal strength throughout our 3,000sf single-story home. Added 4 ARLO wireless cameras indoor and outdoor which are working perfectly. Highly recommend this product if you are looking to elsewhere eliminate dead spots. App for iPad is very intuitive and easy to use as well. It provides great info about connected devices including which satellite units it's connected to and connection speed. If in doubt take a chance on this system. You'll be amazed at how easy the setup is and how it eliminates your WiFi headaches.......

Finally consistent wifi throughout the house

Having an older home with plaster and lath has been the bane to my existence when it comes to technology. Wifi signals from my previous router barely permeated past my living room where it lived. Adding access points throughout the house, while somewhat helpful, was inconsistent as my devices weren't smart enough to jump from one to another seamlessly. After setting up the Orbi, and 2 satellites, I can freely move throughout the house (and then some) without having to worry about dropped connections as well as calls (wifi-calling). Kudos for making such an easy to setup and configure wifi mesh system!

Great upgrade

We were using a different wireless router with an extender causing us to switch the wifi connection from one location to another location in the house. With the Orbi we are able to stay connected to wifi without switching wifi connection any point in our home and in our yard. I am able to shovel snow, mow lawn, and enjoy our pool with no internet issues. With the Orbi app I am also able to control internet time my children are using by a simple flip of a switch. We are usually streaming on 6 different devices on the weekend with no issues. Orbi is a god purchase for whole house internet connection.
