Great system

I have a detached garage with an apartment above. Was getting spotty WiFi reception from my router in the house. I tried extenders with no success. I was considering getting a separate internet account for this area from our cable company. Went to Best Buy and discovered Orbi. The Orbi system was easy to install and we have a strong WiFi signal in the apartment. Highly recommend!

WiFi simplified

For years I have struggled with range extenders and countless routers to provide signal throughout my home. In addition to the hassle of setting them up, there has always been the speed drop that is hopelessly frustrating. Orbi changes that to simple plug in, turn on and presto high speed internet throughout my house. Such an improvement and so simple. Love this product.

Orbi heaven

Just bought Orbi for my home. I have Spectrum internet and was using the modem/router that came with our set up. Paying for 200 GPS and download speeds were about 40. Hooked up new Orbi router with 2 satellite units on main floor and basement. Most recent download speed in basement was 237 GPS !
Orbi is awesome and very easy to install. Would recommend this system to anyone!

Before purchasing this WiFi mesh system, I wouldn't get internet 15 feet from my router. Since setting up the Orbi mesh WiFi system, I get internet everywhere in my 4,000 square foot house. I even get it outside on my patio and deck. The set up was relatively easy. I had to do it a few times but even so, it wasn't too bad. So far, this is amazing. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Good investment so far

We've been using the Orbi for five months and it has been beneficial. Our son plugs his Xbox One into the satellite and that solved his connectivity issues experienced before we got the Orbi. The set up was done by Geek Squad so I cannot speak to the ease of installation.
I enjoy the app which allows for controls to be placed on connection times. Been a great investment so far!

Fantastic & simple to use!

We have struggled with our internet service being spotty around our house ever since moving in a year ago. Orbi was quietly recommended to me by a sales person at my internet provider store. I went right out and purchased it (they did not sell it at said internet store), took it out of the box and was up and running in minutes! Been about a month since switching to it - we love it!

Excellent Coverage

This is a great setup. I setup the main router downstairs, and the satellite in the master bedroom. Setting up a custom SSID took some time to figure out because it didn't switch to my new password right away, but once I logged in with the original password and finished the setup, it finally switched over. Very satisfied with the speed and coverage throughout the split level house.

No Dark Spots

My apartment has a lot of walls and corners that produced wifi dark spots on the deck, in the kitchen and the dining room. I use connected devices in all of those places.
With the Orbi, a few trials were needed to find optimal placement of the satellites, but I got them daisy chained and covering the whole house, including the deck, with 160-180Mbps per SpeedTest. Total victory
