Samsung 60" ultra hd tv

I bought this tv on thanks giving day. Enjoying every day and beautifull picture awesome sound. Even though there are no ultra hd programming, there are plenty of videos around on youtube, netflix, amazon that we are watching and stunned at the quality. I love this tv and would recommend to anyone. We did some research before buying that the 8550 series is the best one. Although everyone is talking about the curved tv, I think this one is good as it has no glare and has 3rd, The curved tv is not 3d model. This one is upconverting the video to ultra hd and also has a feature to see normal videos in 3d mode. what else do you need. it does come with 4 pairs of 3d glasses too. enjoying it every day. I would recommend buying the batteries from amazon that come in bulk so you are never short of batteries for the 3d glasses. Also the remove for this tv is so amazing, it has kind of a laser pointer to click and make your selection for various options. love the remote as well.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, it is work the money

Great picture definition and contrast. Feels like the movie is in the room with you. Some video file formats not supported with features such as pause and rewind. Great for networking DLNA devices.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

This tv has a great picture. Turning this unit on was very quick and easy. This looks just as good at my house as it did in the showroom.

Nice Quality TV

The cabinet is simple, and pleasing to the eye. The screen navigation is easy, and the choices of what the set can do is vast. However, the factory settings were not to my taste. I chose the Samsung brand because of the vivid picture quality. I have the BD-H6500 DVD player, and Satellite TV connected to the set. Both work well with the set, and provide good picture quality, and sound; the DVD player actually improved the blacks when playing a DVD.
To adjust the video settings of the TV, try setting the video to "standard," and play with the other various settings that are available. Don't worry, because you can always reset the settings later. For audio, try using the movie setting, and set the auto volume to normal. This will allow you to have some bass, and to be able to hear the dialog as well.
You can read other reviews for different settings, and make your own judgements about them.
Overall, I am very pleased with the set. As mentioned, the vivid picture won me over, and with a little tweeking, I was able to find a picture to my liking. I also have a Samsung Tablet, and phone. Samsung's design, and screen quality have always won me over.
