[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased at Best Buy for $50 to be used with my SafeLink account. Unfortunately the phone features are locked to Simple Mobile. This LG phone model proved unlockable, rendering it useless for SafeLink service. I tried for months to get it unlocked and/or activated for SafeLink. Everything else about this device (since it's not a phone, more like a small notepad) functions as advertised. I use it for email, web surfing, watching videos and movies and for an endless number of other tasks with all the apps that can be installed on it. Its only annoyance is that it can not use SD cards to expand its internal memory. That feature of Android 7.0 has been hobbled by either LG or Simple Mobile. I've been able to work around that limitation. I may eventually unlock it and unhobble the memory function. It's become a game for me since I have none installed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
