Bought this about 3 weeks ago and I have not even a single regret. It's, honestly, the best money I've EVER spent. Everything is awesome about it, everything from sound to looks.

best 200 bucks i ever spent. great room filling sound. i have a surround sound system i dropped 5 grand on that i hardly use anymore

The bass is good with the centerpiece but no speakers in it. The 2 little tower speakers don't feel like they kick enough sound. I have this, the onyx 2 and 3 and much more satisfied with the onyx series for the same price :c
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It is possible that the Bluetooth source is not sending out any loud sound with its current settings. Please check your audio settings in your music app. Make sure everything is set OFF in the EQ/Tone settings, and set the volume on the Bluetooth source a bit on the louder side while setting the volume on the HK ONE lower, to compensate.

good sound

I'm using this product from the last 3 years , the sound quality is good . But recently when i connected my Iphone 7 having bluetooth ver 4.2 , the audio output was not clear and the connection was constantly interrupted , but on the other hand if using the 3.5 mm connection or older bluetooth enabled devices, the output is fine . Does it need any s/w or h/w upgrade . Kindly acknowledge this issue .

Thank you for your review, our sincerest apology for the inconvenience. Your feedback will be communicated to the proper department to improve our current and future product line. The Soundsticks Wireless has the Bluetooth version: v2.1 EDR, so some features on the v4.2 would not be available But - since each version brings new functionalities with it, only the basic function set is backward compatible. This is also the limitations of the hardware inside the speaker.
