Great Sound

Purchased a refurbished system and it has a few issues with sound quality when the volume is up higher but otherwise they’re incredible.

I owned the original Soundsticks for about 10 years. As before, the sound quality and design are amazing. I can't speak on the tech details and definitions about it, but I can say the audio is so clear even at low volumes. I love the new cable shielding, it looks like it can take a beating which is great because ...things happen >_> . I have no complaints about cable length. I love the subwoofer. I have always been amazed with the subwoofer, It's so powerful and distributes smoothly. Hey, was the external cover of the speaker thinned out?
I'm actually kind of surprised they haven't added a remote control by now, since we're now on version 3. But even more important than that..... I'm not entirely sure I like this bluetooth feature. I think it interferes with wireless internet signals, so you may notice a drop in speed. As well, I live in an apartment now and sometimes neighbors randomly connect to my speakers via bluetooth. It makes me cringe to think what my neighbors could be watching/listening to. Please fix this! Or better yet, just get rid of the bluetooth altogether.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These are the best computer speakers you can get. By design this futuristic stix III desktop speaker system sounds every bit as good from the first model to the most recent stix III . I look at others but all pale in quality, design, and sound. It has it all, good looks, style, performance and beauty. I never tire of them.

Quality of the company brought me to the computer speakers; excellent quality and sound. Handles mid, low, high ranges quite well across all types of music (rock, jazz, techno, dance...). Thoroughly enjoying the investment. Cabling is not flimsy, is adequate in length (my purchase is being used on a standup desk), and connections are secure. Instructions were clear and useful. The sticks have a nice non slip bottom (rubber) with a bit of weight; they will not just slide around. Very happy with the purchase.

Bought a this second set because I thought my first had died, only to discover that a pin in the connection had bent over. Now, I can gift a friend these, so, she can have quality sound in her life! No better bang for your buck than refurbished SoundSticks!!!
