Only lasted a bit over a year

The machine works great until it breaks. A couple of weeks after warranty ran out it started leaking water. After some troubleshooting which didn’t fix it I was informed that the machine can’t be repaired. Only option is to buy a new one. I get it that you make more money by having customers just buy new ones but where is the sustainability in that? So now I just throw the old on in the trash? I bought a new one but if this breaks I will look for a machine that offers repairs. Otherwise the Coffee that the machine makes taste great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

CitiZ machine is great

Thus is my 2nd CitiZ machine. Best espresso ever! 1st machine worked non stop for 8 years! This one is also delivering excellent espresso!!! Love it so much!

Tried em all; stick with what works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gifted a biggger cupper coffeeerr..... didn't really care for it... the donuts coffee was ok but not up to snuff..Both myself, and herself, and assorted family members.
Then found a V machine at a bargain and tried it out.... still not as good a the CitiZ machine.

So, Here we are, with another new CitiZ machine, with Frother, and enjoying life.
Life is good, especially in the mornings with a great cup of Nespresso....

Supremely Impressed & Incandescently Happy

This machine is perfect for my small kitchen. It takes up so little space and adds an elegance to my kitchen that I so enjoy. I cannot say enough on the ease of use! The detailed instructions that came with it will answer any question you could possibly have. I am in love with my Nespresso machine and can't imagine using anything else.

Going strong after 5 years

I have had this for 5 years and use it multiple times a day. I know I should probably clean it but I never have. I never have had any issues. All my clients love it so much!

after this much time, it stopped working correctly. That's when I decided that we HAD to get a replacement. We loved our previous CitiZ&Milk, so got another one. We already love it! They have improved a few things, and we're very happy with our replacement! Thanks!
