Machine Great, Order Cancel and Refund Terrible

Machine is great. Ordered two. Return One. They are terrible with return at minimum! Didn’t know they received it back a week prior. Then it’s 14 days (business) to process refund. But I had to call so they knew. This adds up to 4 weeks. Who knows how long if I hadn’t called. You get 1hr to cancel an order. Hour and half is too long. Customer service is great, but policies limit them to help. They suck at refunding.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The machine works quickly and makes really good froth. Also, it's very easy to clean--way easier than my old De'Longhi Latissima Pro was. It's also relatively inexpensive and uses less counter space.
