I'd like to give 5 stars for the coffee machine, it's easy to use, quick and taste good. But the milk frother won't make milk foam after one week! I've done some search it seems like this is a common problem to this model. If you're looking for a milk frother, avoiding buying this one!

The best coffee ever. Can’t start my day without coffee and if I don’t drink Nespresso, no other coffee will work for me. Love it!

If I had to save one item in my apartment other than my phone or computer, it would definitely be my Nespresso! My Nespresso machine has been a godsend over these past couple of months during the quarantine especially since the Starbucks near my apartment has been closed. This device makes such wonderful, smooth, rich, and strong espresso drinks to which I almost don't mind Starbucks being closed. Love my Nespresso machine!

I have this model of espresso machines and I don’t love how the capsules are not eco friendly. I’ve pretty much stop purchasing Anymore until that changes. I think the product is affordable and I’m more than happy to purchase again once they focus on the environment when creating the espresso

I’ve been in love with this Nespresso Espresso machine for the past 7 years. Until I got this machine I never thought I’d love any espresso based drink unless it was at an actual coffee shop. Now I’ve been enjoying homemade lattes and cappuccinos in the comfort of my home and I don’t feel like I’ve sacrificed quality one bit. It saves me time in the morning and I don’t have to wait in the morning to get to a coffee shop. The only negatives is that the machine can be a little loud and the Nespresso pods are a little pricey.

I used to use my nespresso machine daily when I lived far from cafes (far as in more than 10 min walking distance). It’s convenient and good but after years of use, I felt like I could taste a little bit of metallic taste in the coffee for some reason.
