I've been using a Sonicare battery toothbrush for years but a plastic piece finally broke off so I purchased this one. The performance is so weak compared to the previous one. I was very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible product

This toothbrush never worked as well as other Sonicare toothbrushes I've had. It never seemed to have the same power. After a few short months it started turning itself on inthe middle of the of the night, which was disconcerting to say the least, and then stopped working altogether.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't like this toothbrush cause it makes my gums bleed.

The Phillips sonicare toothbrush is very comfortable to use & has a two minute shutoff. The mild rotating brush has made my teeth look & feel cleaner than with a standard toothbrush. Thank you Sonicare

Buy a different model

I bought two of these, one for myself and one for my wife. After a few months the battery in one will only last for about 8 cycles (4 days) before it needs recharged. Wife doesn't like the black gunk that builds up behind the brush head cap.
Try a better model than this one, the brushing action is nice but this model doesn't last.
I originally bought a new Essence model toothbrush but changed my mind and returned that and purchased a 3 Series. For a few extra bucks the 3 Series (for me) was a better one. Having previously owned 2 other Sonicare brushes I was familiar with Sonicare but the 3 Series proved it was an excellent choice for me. It has a pacer to let you know when to switch to another quadrant of your mouth. This I really like. It has a slim design that fits my hand better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Versatile

The power of the brush once it's charged completely is amazing. I use it to also wash my face ( with a separate brush head obviously) and I'm also a rockhound and I use a separate brush head to clean my rock. I love this toothbrush and look forward to trying out new ones in the future

To try and register anything is impossible. Finally found the page, but then want me to register myself. It is not worth my time. If the product breaks within the warranty time, I will take back to store and insists upon a new one.
Product seems to be working fine after 6 months.
