My Dentist suggested I purchase an electric (Sonic) toothbrush at my last visit. I have a bridge on the bottom and it's always a challenge brushing. After using the Sonicare for just 3 weeks, she was very happy to report that my teeth looked great. I had a cleaning scheduled and the hygienist commented on my teeth. I am amazed at how clean they feel
Pros: keeps placque at bay, very compact & takes up little room
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just tried this toothbrush today and so far it seems to be cleaning very well.
The timing shut off feature gets on my nerves. I know how long to brush my teeth. Maybe I can disable that somehow? Not sure.
And this starter system has only one brush head while other brands and models come with multiple replacements. These are expensive but I hear there are generic heads that work but not great.
Pros: ease of use
Cons: one replacement head only and new ones arent cheap
This toothbrush works great. It has a smaller head than I was using but it does not lack for anything. The speed is perfect and my teeth are really clean. It does not splatter toothpaste all over like another one I had. I do highly recommend this toothbrush and I am very happy with it.
Never have used an electric toothbrush, but the hygienist suggested I use one because of my meds effecting and creating my dry mouth. Read directions. Tricky at first, but got the hang of it. A bit loud. Don’t know if it has made a difference. Will know on my six month check-up.
Pros: ease of use, timer, break in time for vibration of the brush.
All positive comments on the brush. However, it is not easy to clean, the tooth brushes are expensive (about $7.00 each) and only last about one month. But, I recommend using it.
