This product is a great shave! It is easy to maintain, clean and the pop-up trimmer is great for trimming sideburns! The ergonomics was well thought out giving it a comfortable fit to the hands!
Pros: light weight
Cons: walmart is miss spelled below!

As a recipient of a free unit to review, I made this shaver my primary shaver for a few weeks. Now after using it daily, I will continue to use this as a replacement for my old Norelco shaver. The shaver offers quick, close shaves in either wet or dry conditions--something I value as I normally shave after I take a shower in the morning, before work. It is easy to clean, easy to hold, and both the primary blades as well as the sideburn trimmer are precise. I am clean-shaven, so I had no use for the included stubble guard, but for some, this will of course be useful. The only downside I would say is that the shaver must be unplugged from its charger in order to use, which means you should keep it charged often so it's always ready to use.

There isnt anything special about this shaver. I hadnt used one in a while and was sent a free one in exchange for this review. What I found was that products like this havent changed much in the 8 years since Ive owned one. It does the job. A fresh clean shave. The flip up trimmer feature is nice but feels a little flimsy. Its a nice shaver with guards that help to reduce but not completely get rid of facial air, leaving a nice stubble. I dont know what the price point woudl be but if it were one the cheaper end i say it woudl be a a great deal.

I use both the electric razor and and safety razor depending on how I’m feeling at the time. The Philips Electric Shaver is great for those times when I need a quick clean up. I have used it both wet and dry and am very happy regardless which way I choose. I highly recommend this product.

Great options for the price

Very good Shaver for the price point. I have used many shavers over my life. I most recently have used an expensive electric shaver that is a more expensive price point. Overall I am impressed with the Norelco Shaver and for 1/3 of the price it sure functions close to those expensive brands.
Pros: Great price point, quick and efficient. Great for removing all facial hair or just doing a stubble shape up. Very user friendly with minimal setup. Plugs into the wall for a charge, not battery powered. The main shaver head is quick and provides a close shaver, it is quick and sharp, great on the neck.
Cons: The stubble attachment, the Achilles heal. Takes forever to use, my previous electric shavers would do the same job in about half the time and would do better at getting rid of stubble right away. With this shaver I have to go over my stubble multiple times in order to get a close enough shaver. Can be time consuming, Side burn trimmer wasn`t very sturdy and fell down easily when pressure was applied.
Overall, Ive used better shavers. But this is a good beginners electric shaver or if you are looking to get the most bang for your buck. The construction is good, has a good grip and does the job.

Powerful shave

I received a free sample of the norelco shaver 3600 and I was impressed with how smooth my face was after using it. I was very surprised at how much more powerful it sounded compared to other electric razors I have had in the past. I like the pop up trimmer and that it is safe to use in the shower and easy to clean.
Pros: easy to use, easy to clean, easy trimmer access, powerful motor
Cons: still has trouble with hard to shave areas

Very CLOSE shave

This was a free sample to try. It came an a very opportune time, as I`m in need of a new razor, due to misplacing my last one, also a Norelco. It gives a VERY close shave, however, the trimmer seems as if it`s placed at the wrong angle and keeps flipping down, unlike previous model. It`s actually quite annoying, so you have to shave the opposite way which is awkward. The blades are also very good when zapping the other hairs of mustache/beard that you don`t want to shave as it doesn`t pull them or notice, where as previous models, I always felt that little zap. Overall good, in the wet too (rarely ever do this, but this model works well, but the flip up trimmer isn`t good position.
Pros: very close shave
Cons: trimmer is bad design
